Please upload the required documents to your online student registration form in order to complete the registration process. If you cannot upload your documentation, please contact your campus registrar for assistance.
The following documents are required by the district.
- Students Birth Certificate
- Students Immunization records
- Students most recent report card
- Students achievement test scores
- Students withdrawal documents from previous school
- Students 504 plan, ARD, and IEP documents (if any)
- If parents are divorced/separated , legal document stating guardianship
- Proof of Residency
- If you own your home (BCAD verified):
- A copy of a current utility bill
- If you are renting in the district:
- A copy of your lease listing the student as an occupant
- A copy of a current utility bill
- Home Language Survey link tp PDF form

- Families can utilize PowerSchool Enrollment (Registration) Support if they are having difficulty accessing a form, are unable to log in to their account, have forgotten their password, are having technical issues with a form, or if a form has been linked to the wrong user account.

If you have difficulty registering online please contact the data clerk at your child's campus. Please be very careful to select the correct school year. We can not transfer records from one year to the next, if registration was completed in the wrong year, we will have to ask you to re-do the enrollment for the correct year. If you are not sure which year, please contact the campus.
