August 20, 2019 - The Oaks is complete and classes are in session.

June 18, 2019 - Brick is complete on the High School Commons, now known as The Oaks. Roofing work continues - gutters, downspouts, fascia, and canopies. Ceiling grid is being installed throughout the spaces. The infrastructure for the large for the large format screen is in place in the dining area. Food service equipment is being installed in the kitchen and serving lines. Millwork is being installed throughout the spaces.

| April 30, 2019 - Aluminum storefront and glazing is in place. Tile is being installed in cafeteria, kitchen and restrooms. Brick is being installed around building exterior. |

March 22, 2019 - Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) continue to be installed. Blue air barrier and masonry ties are being installed in preparation for brick veneer. Metal studs are being installed in classroom spaces. Roof work has commenced. Mechanical air handling units are in place. Electrical conduit and ductwork installation continues.

| February 8, 2019 - Concrete masonry units are being installed around the perimeter of the building. Concrete flatwork has started in the courtyard area. Mechanical ductwork, fire sprinkler piping, and electrical conduits are being installed. Concrete floors have received their initial polish. |

| January 2, 2019 - The concrete slab has been placed and the concrete columns have been poured. The majority of the steel framing has been erected. |

| December 2, 2019 - The metal deck is being installed at the floor deck in preparation for concrete placement. Concrete column framework is in place and columns will be poured the first week in December. |

| October 29, 2018 - The perimeter concrete beams have been formed and poured. Steel is arriving on site and will be used to form the foundation. |
  
 
|
September 28, 2018 - The first portion of the mud slab has been poured. The second portion of the mud slab will be poured the first of October 2018.
