September 1, 2020 - STEM Building Completed. Building hosting Rocketry, CTE, Computer and Fashion Design courses.

May 20, 2020 - Brick work is complete. Roof work is ongoing. Interior finishes such as plywood wall panels, polished concrete and metal casework are being installed. Glass sectional door has been installed. Ceiling grid and light fixtures are in place. Earthwork continues in the courtyard area.

| March 31, 2020 - Brick and prep work for interior finish are ongoing. Exterior glazing has been installed. Metal ceilings are being installed in the Maker Spaces. |

February 18, 2020 - Exterior waterproofing is in place. Gyp Board is in place and walls are being taped and floated. Ductwork, plumbing, and electrical work continues.

January 7, 2020 - Concrete floors have been polished. Exterior sheathing is in place. Concrete walks and steps have been poured. Interior framing is in place. Ductwork, plumbing and electrical is underway. Wood blocking is being placed for future finishes and equipment.

| November 13, 2019 - Concrete slab is in place. Building frame is going up. Metal deck is being installed. |
