The District first developed a Master Plan for Facilities in 2016.
‘Phase One’ projects were completed with Bond 2017. All Bond 2017 projects were completed on budget and on time.
Bond 2023 aims to continue that planning and the proposal is the result of an inclusive and comprehensive process involving numerous stakeholders.
This process began in late 2021 through facilities assessments with principals and staff to identify potential needs.
Students and community members were also included in the process with meetings in Spring and Summer 2022.
The Board of Trustees continued to gather input from campus leaders throughout the fall before finalizing the bond proposal that will go before voters in May 2023.
